SHIPPING POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy is designed so that unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Return Shipping:

For standard returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use any carrier of your choice; we recommend a trackable service.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label or a replacement, as applicable.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Products showing signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused by improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
