SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy ensures prompt and reliable delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, and we offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping is calculated based on delivery address and weight of the product. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and location. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier disruptions.

Our return policy is designed so that unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Return Shipping:

• For standard returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use any carrier of your choice; we recommend a trackable service.

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label or a replacement, as applicable.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Products showing signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused by improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
