Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier disruptions.

Our return policy is designed so that unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products can only be returned if they are defective or damaged during shipping. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at Milkmindedmama@outlook.com with your order details. For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged. If the product arrives defective or damaged, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Products showing signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused by improper care are not eligible for return.
